Tombow Irojiten Color Dictionary is a beautiful set of three colour volumes – Vol. 1, 2 and 3 with each containing a set of 30 high quality wax pencils. The pencils are just as beautiful as the presentation box in which they are safely stored, complete with a glossy white lacquer and coloured tips which look beautiful when lined up in their box.
The word ‘Irojiten’ means an encyclopaedia of colour which suits these pencils perfectly. When pressed onto paper, the colour pay off is brilliant and vivid. The pencils glide with no scratching and the wax feels buttery – when sharpened, the tip creates a perfect point for precise colouring and doesn’t snap or crumble.
The Tombow Irojiten logo is printed on the spine and cover of each set, in silver hotfoil, Stack the pencils on your desk or shelf, upright or horizontally, and you won’t be able to help but admire how pretty the set looks! No detail has been spared, from the colours right down to the fabric-like feel of the boxes.
Each pencil measures 17cm approx. from tip to end. Each box measures 19cm (L) x 9cm (W) x 1.2cm (D) when closed. Outer packaging when housing all three sets at once measures 19.5cm (L) x 9.5 (W) x 5.3cm (D).
